What we sell
We sell event tickets for a private group celebrating Ben's 50th aboard a three-night cruise from Brisbane.
The event ticket does not itself purchase or guarantee a cruise cabin. Cabin bookings and final payment are handled separately through the appointed travel agent.
Refunds & cancellations
The $60 event ticket includes a $50 cabin-reservation deposit passed to the travel agent. The ticket and deposit are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Refund policy
Once collected, $50 of the $60 ticket price is passed to the appointed travel agent to reserve the right to participate in the group's twin-share cabin booking.
Any refund following cancellation or disruption by the travel agent, cruise line or another supplier is entirely subject to that supplier's decision and terms. The event organiser does not guarantee that a supplier will approve or provide a refund.
If you need to cancel
Contact Zoe as soon as possible. We will explain the current travel agent and supplier position, but cancellation does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund or transfer.

Payment disputes
If you believe a payment is incorrect, duplicated or unauthorised, please contact us first so we can investigate promptly.
Returns
No physical goods are sold, so a physical-goods return process does not apply.
Event ticket terms
These terms apply when you purchase a ticket for Ben's privately organised 50th birthday event.
Who you are buying from
The merchant is the event organiser, an individual located in Victoria, Australia. The goods or services sold are event ticketing. Payments are collected through Luma and Stripe and may appear on your card statement as BEN50TH.PARTY.
What the $60 ticket includes
Each event ticket costs $60 AUD, including ticketing fees. $50 is passed to the appointed travel agent as a non-refundable deposit to reserve your right to participate in the group's twin-share cabin booking.
The event ticket is not a cruise fare, does not itself book a cabin, and does not guarantee cabin availability, cabin location or a preferred cabin mate.
Completing the cruise booking
- You must enter a separate booking arrangement with the appointed travel agent.
- Final payment is due by 10 September 2026.
- Cabins fit up to three people, but cabin configuration and pricing remain subject to the travel agent and cruise line.
- You are responsible for flights, transfers, travel insurance, identification and costs not expressly included in your cruise booking.
- Preferred cabin-mate names are requests only and cannot be guaranteed.
Adults-only event
Registration is limited to people aged 18 years or older. You are responsible for meeting the travel agent's and cruise line's passenger, identification and travel requirements.
Private event and third-party suppliers
This is a privately organised birthday event. It is not operated by, endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Royal Caribbean. Royal Caribbean, the travel agent, airlines and other suppliers provide their services under their own terms.
Cancellations and refunds
The ticket and deposit are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Supplier cancellations and any resulting refund are governed by the relevant supplier's decision and terms. Read the full refunds and cancellations policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy policy
We collect only the information reasonably needed to register guests, coordinate cabin preferences and administer this private event.
Who handles your information
The event organiser is the individual merchant. Zoe is the customer service contact. You can reach us using the contact details above.
Information we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- The names of people you would prefer to share a cabin with.
- Registration, payment status and information needed to respond to your enquiries.
If you provide another person's name as a preferred cabin mate, you should have their permission to do so.
Why we collect it
We use this information to process event registration, collect payment, plan the group booking, pass reservation information to the appointed travel agent, communicate deadlines or changes, respond to questions and keep appropriate transaction records.
Who receives it
Registration and payment information is processed by Luma and Stripe under their own privacy terms. Information reasonably needed for the cabin reservation may be shared with the appointed travel agent and relevant travel suppliers.
These service providers may process or store information outside Australia. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Storage, access and correction
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for event administration, dispute handling and applicable record-keeping requirements.
